Registration for Undergraduate Transfer Students (Additional Article 2)
You need to complete your registration in the framework of Additional Article 2 (Ek madde 2) for undergraduate transfer between 28 September and 2 October 2020 online via AKSİS- Istanbul University’s Students Automation System.
You are also expected to post the three original documents listed below to the following address: “İstanbul Üniversitesi Edebiyat Fakültesi Dekanlık Ek Hizmet Binası (Yazı İşleri Bürosu) Süleymaniye Mh. Prof.Dr.Cavit Orhan Tütengil Sk. Vezneciler-Fatih/İstanbul” (The sender are responsible for the delay and other problems which may occur during the postal delivery).
It is also possible to personally deliver the document to the Student’s Affair Office of the Faculty of Letters within the working hours (Monday to Friday, between 08:30-16:30)
Documents to be sent:
1) The original copy of high school diploma and a copy of Turkish translation of the high school diploma approved by a notary or Turkish diplomatic representations in foreign countries.
2) Transcript and Turkish translation of the transcript approved by a notary or Turkish diplomatic representations in foreign countries.
3) Certificate of Equivalence for the high school diploma obtained from Provincial Directorate of National Education (İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü) of Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Education or Turkish diplomatic representations in foreign countries. Important note: The administration of the Faculty of Letters reserves all the legal rights and sanctions with respect to the delayed or missing delivery of the said documents as well as forged documents.
